TAITO, a Japanese publisher specialized in Arcade games teamed up with Valve to bring their highly successful co-op zombie shooter “Left 4 Dead” to Japanese arcades!
“Left 4 Dead: Survivors”, previously known as “Project Z”, will feature familiar environments from both Left 4 Dead 1 and 2, and introduces four all-new survivors.

The two companies have worked together in the past already, creating a version of 2004’s “Half-Life 2” for Japanese arcades, titled “Half-Life 2: Survivor”.

So far, TAITO has released two teasers and one gameplay trailer for the game, all three of which are shown below. “Left 4 Dead: Survivors” has a release date of simply “2014”. We will keep you up to date on further developments!
