It’s starting to get a bit lonely in the LambdaGeneration offices. Lots of news passing by that we can’t really keep up with, slipping through our fingers, largely because we just don’t have enough active writers. In fact… quite frankly, it’s just me. So we’ve decided to do something about it! Interested? Read on!
Yes, LambdaGeneration is officially searching for writers! Astronauts, war heroes and Olympians need not apply, thank you very much.
What are we looking for in a writer? Well, we’re looking for someone with a great grasp on the English language. We’re not going to be writing any articles in Swahili, but we don’t want our articles to sound like the Zero Wing intro either. We’re also looking for someone who’s pretty resourceful, and knows how to find something to write about. But of course, we need someone with the free time, initiative and willingness necessary to actually write for the site regularly. Experience (if you’ve previously written for another website, magazine, or what have you) is a major plus. Same for editorials – we’re looking for folks that can write those as well.
Have you got what it takes? We hope so! But even if you don’t, why not send in an e-mail at vic@lambdageneration.com, and tell us a bit about yourself. You can also find me on Steam, if, for whatever reason, you want to discuss this directly with me.

I don’t have any experience writing for other websites but I’m quite confident that I can do this. I just sent you an email (I hope you will consider me).
Hmmm…I’m thinking about joining, it may be pretty fun. I’ve got no writing experience however, except from English lessons. I’m also usually busy. How many writers are you looking for? I want to know how dependable I would need to be.
Not looking for a set number, really – although I will say that I have received a significant number of applications.
I would love to, I’ve been looking for something meaningful to do with my life, and writing about my favorite gaming industry sounds just like that.
Although I have few problems… my English isn’t completely and utterly prefect.
I mean I can right decently but I’ve read since I’ve joined Lambda Generation almost ever article so far, and Vic’s English is amazing compare to my tedious dull righting.

Age doesn’t matter, as long as you all of a sudden write in a ancient long-gone language. Your age isn’t a restriction on what you can and cannot in this world, so basically you can apply. Without problems. For science.
