Official Steam sections are appearing in retail stores across the US, UK and Canada. We took a quick look.

The good people of Crowbar Collective have given us at LambdaGeneration an exclusive in-depth look at Black Mesa’s first new major multiplayer update since the game’s stand-alone release on Steam, codenamed the Crossfire Update.

Black Mesa, the fan-recreation of Half-Life in the Source engine—now independent Steam title, has been nominated for the 2015 Indie of the Year Awards in the First Person Shooter category, hosted by Indie DB.

Valve just uploaded this video to their own YouTube channel, showing how they make the Steam Controller in their Buffalo Grove manufacturing plant.

The other day there was buzz about certain listings being added to SteamDB. Among many was Half-Life 3. Supposedly.

While this isn’t the big Xen update we’ve been craving for, the Crowbar Collective have been teasing a content update to the game that will hopefully keep us busy while we wait to close the rift between Earth and the Alien Homeworld.

The third entirely-community-created update has hit Team Fortress 2!

Now, we’ve got a number of clues that point to a possible alien invasion update coming.
